For our client, we are looking for a candidate to become an: International Study Programs Manager for Europe 1,600-2,000€ (in Bratislava)

An international study programs company with over 12 years of history is expanding its operations to Slovakia and is looking for a NEW Operations Manager who will be based in Bratislava. You will be trained by a person who does these operations internationally. The company is part of a successful & financially stable group of companies with international management and wide scope of businesses.

WHAT IS YOUR MISSION?
- our services to students doesn’t end with them paying the fee… YOU are there for students in case they need help or got an issue
- you aim to provide such a service to the students that they will recommend YOU to their friends & family later
WHAT’S YOUR TASK?
- you provide students with opportunity to study around Europe and you manage the whole process
- you communicate with students, their parents, our local agents, deans/rectors, and universities secretaries
- you coordinate and discover the most efficient marketing activities (fairs & exhibition, online/digital, flyers, pens, folders, x-mas cards etc.)
- you have student payments under control
- you correctly calculate and check commissions from universities
- you approve payments and costs for operations/marketing etc.
- you use MS Excel tables to have up-to-date info about payments, commissions, students, dates and deadlines so you can report to management
- you cooperate with the group financial department in Bratislava…. they can support you in many financial issues you might have (e.g. VAT applicable or not in some services/countries)
- you need to learn and understand basics in terms of contracts (terms & conditions)
- you suggest financial plan and investment ideas to management… so you think about ROI in terms of money but also customer relationship: you need to bring reasonable arguments on table
- you are well organized and systematic person… you know students rarely register on time :-)
- you organize exams on different universities in different countries
- you provide the students (our customers) an ongoing service and support during the studies

You should be able to prepare simple table with sales numbers and costs on weekly and monthly basis. No need to know advanced Excel function, but need to understand and able to work with basics (sum, +-/*, format, if then, data filtering etc.) or you need to be able to learn all of those basics quickly.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE ON SIMILAR POSITION:
You didn’t have to be in the similar position and in the similar industry, but closeness of approach and activities in previous experiences might be an advantage.
PERSONALITY REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
- you are a person who can take the responsibility
- you are systematic and result oriented person
DRIVING LICENSE:
- B driving license required (if you going to a meeting or renting a car when abroad)
