Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a highly data-centric specialist with a focus on business and process improvement. Become part of the international environment, analyze processes and data of the team and deliver recommendations or improvements that strengthen business drive and made operations simpler.

You will be responsible for:

  • Analyzing data in scalable way to identify trends, drivers and formulate recommendations
  • Process improvement, automatization of manual investigations and maintenance of automation scripts
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver impact findings in various investigations
  • Drive and provide business insights for deep dives in weekly and monthly business reviews
  • Processing the data to help taking in key business decisions
  • Optimizing productivity

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role while using SQL + Tableau / Quicksight / MS Excel or other analytical tools
  • Excellent level of English - using on daily basis (B2/C1)
  • Knowledge of JavaScript/Python (Pandas/Numpy/Selenium)
  • Familiarity with HTML / CSS
