Job description, responsibilities and duties

Are you good at project management and coordination? Do you have an experience in logistics or supply chain? Do you have a proven ability to lead a team? We are looking for project/program manager and team leader to become a part of direct fulfillment department at one of the biggest and most successful multinational companies on the world.

  • understand Direct Fulfillment program and services and support vendors answering post-launch questions
  • work with vendors and carriers to set and meet delivery targets
  • communicate via email and telephone with English and German speaking vendors and provide first line support
  • participate in other special projects/assignments as necessary
  • achieve weekly productivity and quality standards
  • overview team's activities and KPIs, taking care of team's evaluation, 1:1 meeting, setting objectives, career path etc.
  • regural reporting about team's performance

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

German - Advanced (C1) and English - Advanced (C1)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Excel - expert

Number of years of experience

project-program managemet/logistics/supply chain

Personality requirements and skills

  • fluent German & English
  • min. 3 years experience in project/ program management, logistics, supply chain or advanced customer support
  • min. 1 year experience as a team leader
  • advanced level of Excel - data analysis, use of macros etc.
