Job description, responsibilities and duties

Are you talkative and do you enjoy being on the phone? Would you like to help customers and do you have a positive relationship to toys? What about working for an international toys' manufacturer with subsidiaries all over the world who still keeps the atmosphere of family company? We are looking for young dynamic and communicative person with fluent German for customer support. You can be a fresh graduate or skilled call center worker. The salary depends on experience, the minimum is 1300 euro gross.

You will:
  • communicate with customer over phone or via email (hotline, mostly inbound calls)
  • answers inquiries by clarifying desired information, researching, locating, and providing information
  • resolves problems by clarifying issues, implementing solutions; andescalating unresolved problems
  • attend educational seminars and weekly CSA meeting
  • order processing and communication with customers
  • reporting regarding calls, orders
  • meet personal / team target ( qualitative & quantitative )
