Job description, responsibilities and duties

Do you like data analysis and problem solving? Are you communicative and able to bring new solutions? Would you like to manage relationships with TOP vendors? Do you speak Italian? Great! Start working as a Finance Account Manager for the leading global e-commerce company.

You will be:
  • acting as a main point of contact for TOP vendors
  • developing strong business relationships, create mutual trust and resolve any conflicts
  • taking care of any account related inquiries from vendors
  • identifying and resolving variances and discrepancies in finance and supply chain
  • communicating with different departments and stakeholders
  • having an opportunity to impact the processes and come up with new solutions

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) and Italian - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

  • minimum 4 years of experience in Finance/ Supply chain or Logistics
  • excellent English (C1/native) AND Italian (C1/native)
  • ability to communicate and present complex analysis and data
  • experience in project management
  • analytical skills
  • advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOK UP, HLOOK UP, filters, basic functions, tables)
