Job description, responsibilities and duties

Do you like data analysis and problem investigation? Are you communicative and get along with people? Do you also speak German fluently? Great! We are looking for Finance account manager to build trust and manage direct relationships with TOP vendors of one of the biggest global retailers. Start building you career in modern international corporation and help to strenghten relationship with vendors. Salary depends on invidivual skills.

You will be:
  • acting as a main point of contact for TOP vendors
  • develop strong business relationships, create mutual trust, and resolve any conflicts
  • taking care of any account related inquiries from vendors
  • identify and resolve variances and discrepancies in finance and supply chain
  • able to impact the processes and come up with new solutions
  • responsible for communication with different departments and stakeholders to resolve and eliminate issues

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

German - Advanced (C1) and English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

  • min. 4 years in Finance/ Supply chain or Logistics
  • flluent English and German (C1/native)
  • ability to communicate and present complex analysis and data
  • experience in project management
  • analytical skills
  • advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOK UP, HLOOK UP, filters, basic functions, tables)
