We are expanding our core team for developing native web banking application which is fulfilling the daily banking needs of our retail customers with perfection and convenience.   • will design the technical solutions
  • ensure the challenging requirements to keep consistency
  • maintain the facilitation of alignment among stakeholders
  • identify the requirements of the management and organization
  • prepare data mappings
  • support the development/testing/operations teams
  • are responsible for the documentation of solutions
  • understand the complexities of a bank but still think outside the box

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

  • have a minimum of 3 years work experience in IT or banking - preferably IT analyst/developer positions
  • offer previous experience with business and IT analysis
  • possess basic knowledge of software development life cycle and management techniques
  • possess fluency in English for both - verbal and written communication, further CEE languages will be considered as beneficial
  • bring excellent communication and prioritization skills
  • are a critical thinker and have proactive problem solving skills
