Job description, responsibilities and duties
I am looking for an experienced System Administrator who will lead IT Operations team and will be responsible for the complex infrastructure of the company. Experience with DevOps environment is a great advantage.
Your role will be:

- Managing the team of experienced administrators, prioritization of tasks and their assignment.
- Close cooperation with engineering, R&D and delivery teams
- Complex management, provisioning and development of internal services
- Responsibility for the stability of development environment
- Improvement and implementation of changes to increase overall performance, security and resilience of systems and tools
- Administration, maintenance and development of internal infrastructure and services – backup, CI, monitoring, configuration management etc. (Zabbix, Ansible, Jenkins, …)
- Participation in selection process of new colleagues to the team
- Creation of documentation, cooperation on definition of internal processes

Requirements for the employee

University education (Master's degree)
Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2)
Personality requirements and skills
- At least 6 years’ experience as System Administrator, experience with DevOps environment
- Experience with team leadership is advantage
- Responsible and detail oriented approach
- Ability to lead and delegate, ability to prioritize and make decisions
- Friendly and open communication, focus on team work
- Proactive approach to addressing requests coming from other departments
- Excellent knowledge of the administration of GNU/Linux systems, advanced knowledge of MS Windows administration
- Knowledge of scripting (Bash, Python, …)
- Advanced knowledge of networks and networking technologies (IPv4, IPv6, routing, switching, security, VPN, VLAN, firewall, …)
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies (KVM, VMware, VirtualBox)
- Overview in cloud computing (Amazon AWS, MS Azure), OpenSource positive
- Knowledge of database administration (Oracle DB, PostgreSQL)
- University degree in IT is an advantage
- Active English language
