- are responsible for the detailed specification of business requirements to ensure the readiness for the development

- maintain the facilitation of alignment among stakeholders

- prepare data mappings
- support the development/testing/operations teams

Personality requirements and skills
- have minimum 3 years work experience in IT or banking
- hold an university degree at least bachelor level of technical or business studies
- offer previous experience with Business and/ or IT analysis
- possess basic knowledge of software development life cycle and management techniques
- possess excellent communication skills and have excellent prioritization skills
- are a critical thinker and have proactive problem solving skills
- are able to adapt and quickly adjust to change
- are capable to work in fast paced environment
- are able to work both independently and as part of a team
- are apt to investigate and analyze data with appropriate tools
- are fluent in English for both verbal and written communication, further CEE languages will be considered as beneficial
