Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a smart Operations Contract Analyst based in Nitra with a can-do attitude to work on diverse and exciting innovative global project. What´s your job role:

• The Operations Contract Analyst is a key member of the operations team supporting business intelligence and data management, client reporting, process mapping, and problem resolution.
• Preparation and facilitation of weekly and monthly operational meetings and commercial reviews between syncreon and customer teams including action tracker.
• Raise change request, push for approval and keep up to date detail track of all change requests history.
• Cooperate with Finance on preparation of finance tracker and support regular finance business reviews with customer and syncreon finance team
• Monitor important contractual KPIs (Productivity, Downtimes, Sales revenue, etc.) and their target fulfilment. Report on regular base to Senior Management.
• Supports superior Account Manager in quotation processes and presentations for the existing business
• Understands contract specs/requirements and follows guidelines as indicated by the syncreon customer interface
• Supports preparation of pricing, cost estimates and all other commercial related documents as part of the quotation response package
• Represent Account Management function in review meetings where appropriate

Personality requirements and skills

• Minimum 1st university degree but ideally educated to 2nd university degree level in related disciplines (Finance, Marketing or similar)
• Excellent knowledge of the automotive industry, services and products in the automotive sector, market specific requirements & procedures and a high sense of urgency
• A good understanding of production and logistics channel processes and their costs
• Confident, good communication skills and telephone manner
• 2-3 years experience in administration with ability to handle problem resolution in timely manner
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate at all levels
• Proficiency on computers and Microsoft Office products.
• Customer service oriented
• Ability to work to targets and under pressure
