Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Act as a subject matter expert for process design, reports and data analysis
- Support in the development and delivery of long term HR strategy to ensure continual development of function and the delivery of best practice solutions across plant
- Work collaboratively with other disciplines in the delivery of plant projects including but not limited to project management, IT and operations
- Be able to work independently on the delivery of work packages within a project environment
- Work in line with group and regional standards and processes
- Act as key interface with client on development projects and issues
- Support in the creation of department metrics and reporting
- Continually monitor and review headcount plan versus actual to ensure alignment is maintained at all times
- Ensure appropriate controls and approval processes are strictly enforced for process changes
- Ensure root cause analysis is completed where appropriate and appropriate corrective measures are implemented
- Ensure all process developments are tested and implemented into the operation in a seamless fashion

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Educational Specialization

IT, Human Resources, Engineering, Finance or any other Bachelor´s degree

Language skills

Slovak - Upper intermediate (B2) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Excel - expert
Microsoft PowerPoint - advanced

The position is suitable for a fresh graduate


Personality requirements and skills

- Ability to create structure and organization within a fast moving environment
- Possess strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel, & PowerPoint
- Logical thinking
- Ability to understand and interpret data and draw appropriate conclusions
