We are looking for a Plant Manager, based in Nitra, to drive continuous improvement and optimization of all operational processes. If planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day-to-day operations to exceed customers’ expectations is in your DNA then this is the job for you!

Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations
- Increase production flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining/improving current quality standard
- Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results
- Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus
- Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions
- Share a trusting relationship with workgroup, manage and develop plant staff
- Collect and analyze data to find places of waste or overtime
- Must be able to know and demonstrate that caring for the safety and development of the staff is first
- Be a good planner to set clear guidelines and objectives
- Be good in empowering people

Compensation
For the role of Plant Manager we offer a minimum salary of € 7000/month.

- Proven work & managerial experience as a plant manager
- Proven work experience in an agile matrix organisation
- Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, P&N, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources)
- Ability to create accountability and to lead by examplE
- Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills
- BS degree in Business Management or related field
- Intercultural competence
- Fluency in Slovak and English
