Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Plan and coordinate efficient warehouse and logistic operation of the department & ensure procedures are documented & followed
• Plan and coordinate labor in accordance with forecast up to 50 employees
• Currently working on two shifts
• Monitor daily KPI’s, Quality Metrics
• To provide back up and support to the Manager and to represent him/her fully in periods of absence (sickness, holiday, business meetings etc) when required
• Liaison with all operational departments to ensure smooth work flow & maximum synergy
• Provide leadership to staff by establishing clear expectations and acting as a role model
• Responsible for ensuring the Healt&Safety and 5S rules within the department
• Ensures the continuous supply chain for the assembly line, schedule shipments
• Monitor staff performance, (including time-keeping, quality, productivity) and costs within the dept.
• Maintain warehouse inventory, goods receiving and inspection

• Ability to work under pressure and work with changing priorities & deadlines
• Knowledge of and ability to work with warehouse/logistic systems
• Process thinking and ability to translate improvements in actions
• PC literate – able to use Microsoft Office – essential for reporting
• Staff planning capability with financial awareness
• Quality systems knowledge to a reasonable level
