Job description, responsibilities and duties

In 2024 YOU will participate in the following initiatives:

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure Java-based services, with a strong focus on Customer Identity and Access Management
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for the automated deployment of CIAM applications, ensuring efficient and reliable release processes.
  • Build and setup federalized identity – enable multiple daughter companies to share a customer base
  • Work on a solution that doesn’t end with CIAM but also manages entities, users, and assets
  • Integrate customers from newly acquired companies
  • Migrate existing customer base to a new system that will be designed and built with your help
  • Streamline the authentication and access management and reduce friction in the customer journey
  • Strengthen CIAM infrastructure components to be as stable and reliable as possible.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Intermediate (B1) or Slovak - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Strong experience in Java development and a solid understanding of Java-based CIAM solutions.
  • Proven experience in designing and developing Java-based applications.
  • Ability to drive and deliver initiatives by your own where you can always lean on teams support.
  • Strong understanding of CIAM protocols and technologies, such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and oral).
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues.
  • Understanding of relational database management systems (RDBMS).
