Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a new team member to our marketing team to help us communicate the value of our products to potential clients from the business sector.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Organising Sygic presence at international conferences.
  • Managing marketing materials (brochures, presentations, etc.).
  • Communication with creative agencies and other external suppliers.
  • Help with managing our LinkedIn pages.
  • Sending newsletters and email campaigns.
  • Editing and managing web content.
  • Creating reports and monitoring the performance of various channels.
  • Monitoring the performance of our acquisition campaigns.
  • Help around the regular release-related communication.
  • Help with organizing online webinars.
  • Internal communication with Sales, Product and Design teams.

  • You will communicate exclusively with global partners, so a conversational level of English is a must. You should feel comfortable both speaking and writing in English.
  • You don’t hesitate to pick up the phone, write an email, or approach a colleague to get stuff done.
  • You are an organized person who doesn’t shy away from a bit of multitasking.
  • You have a proactive approach to work and can perform tasks independently.
  • You are interested in marketing and want to hone your skills and learn new ones.
  • Basic understanding of the IT market and software solutions is a plus.
  • Experience with web content management systems is a plus.
