English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

  • Keen understanding of user-centered design principles, careful attention to detail, as well as ability to grasp multiple product requirements.
  • At least one year of relevant UX experience.
  • UI and product design background is a plus.
  • Experience creating interface specifications through wireframes, visual mockups, and prototypes.
  • Strong design skills, including screen layouts and information design.
  • An excellent eye for detail.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a highly collaborative team: effective listening, respect for other perspectives and contributions, and offering and accepting feedback openly.
  • Understanding user data and funnels can create a hypothesis based on them.
  • Ability to gather and read quantitative and qualitative user data via surveys, focus groups, or usability testing.
