Personality requirements and skills

  • Keen understanding of user-centered design principles, careful attention to detail, as well as ability to grasp multiple product requirements
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with creating interface specifications through wireframes, visual mockups and prototypes
  • Strong design skills including screen layouts, information design and typography
  • A great eye for detail
  • Ability to clearly articulate ideas and present work to stakeholders
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a highly collaborative team: effective listening, respect for other perspectives and contributions, and both offer and accept feedback openly
