About the Role
In this pivotal position, you'll drive requirement engineering and quality assurance for our sophisticated data tools and platforms. We're looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, pragmatic hands-on mindset, and an intellectually curious approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with Product Managers to collect, maintain, and understand business requirements
• Translate complex business terminology into technical language and vice versa
• Create clear, concise requirements and acceptance criteria that are unambiguous, complete, consistent, and verifiable
• Master data models and their business context through deep understanding
• Own the end-to-end data cycle process with accountability and precision
• Transform raw data into actionable reports and visualizations that meet business goals
• Analyze data proactively to identify problems, answer key questions, and develop quantitative and qualitative insights

• Proven experience with business analysis and requirements engineering
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Knowledge of tools and techniques needed for data analysis and management
• Ability to validate data accuracy and troubleshoot reporting issues
• Experience analyzing large datasets and identifying actionable insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate complex technical issues to non-technical audiences
• Ability to work with tight deadlines, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing organizational objectives
• Confidence in presenting applications/demos to internal and external stakeholders
• Exposure to agile development approaches (e.g., Scrum) and familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps or Confluence
