About the Role
As an Investment Operations Associate within Asset Management Operations, you'll contribute to our investment infrastructure across our worldwide network of custodian banks. This role is specifically designed for fresh graduates looking to build a solid foundation in Asset Management Operations with guidance from experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Support investment account opening processes - Assist with the opening, maintenance, and termination of investment accounts with our global network of custodian banks and in our internal systems
- Support KYC processes - Prepare documentation for KYC onboardings and recertifications including reverse KYC
- Business communication - Help facilitate effective communication between local and global teams, custodian banks, vendors, and stakeholders
- Identify improvements - Suggest improvements for tasks, reports, and processes to enhance operational efficiency
