About the Role
Please note, this is a fixed-term position (maternity cover)
As a Back Office Administrator supporting our underwriting team, you'll play an essential role in ensuring our insurance operations run efficiently. This junior position offers excellent learning opportunities and a supportive environment where you can develop valuable industry knowledge while making meaningful contributions from day one.
Key Responsibilities
• Document Management: Review and process insurance documents with attention to detail and accuracy
• Data Entry Excellence: Update our systems with contract information, ensuring data integrity
• Process Support: Follow established workflows while identifying opportunities for improvement
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with colleagues across different locations
• Communication: Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders
