In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based annual bonus. Our company has a hybrid work model where the expectation is that you will be in the office at least three days per week.

The Asset Management Digital and Tech Transformation unit has the mission to enable AM to become an AI powered, data centric organization. We foster a data-centric culture and ensure a state-of-the-art tech and data landscape, smartly using public cloud and SaaS solutions to provide innovative, secure and cost aware technology services.

As an IT Business Analyst supporting the Alternative Capital Partners (ACP) Group, you will be at the heart of an exciting technology transformation — supporting and running applications on Palantir Foundry. Working hand-in-hand with software engineers, data engineers, and a global community of business stakeholders, you will turn complex business challenges into elegant, well-defined IT solutions. We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:

-3+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in a software development and delivery environment
-Strong data modelling expertise, including hands-on experience with logical and physical data structures, relational database concepts, and collaboration with data engineering teams to define and validate requirements
-Proven SQL/pyspark skills to understand and apply for data analysis, validation, and prototyping, with the ability to independently explore and interrogate datasets
-Proven experience in testing, including defining and executing functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing; skilled in designing test scenarios and supporting automated test processes
-Excellent documentation skills, with a track record of clearly articulating business processes, data flows, and technical specifications for both business and IT audiences

These are additional nice to haves:

-Exposure to Palantir Foundry (Python, or PySpark)
-Experience working in agile/DevOps environments with familiarity of sprint-based delivery models
-Strong conceptual and abstract thinking skills with a keen eye for identifying dependencies, risks, and cross-system impacts
-Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently bridge Finance and IT stakeholders
-Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, driving tasks to completion both independently and collaboratively in a global team setting
