About the team
We are a global team consisting of three closely connected teams. You will be part of a country‑focused sub-team. We are a collaborative, open, and knowledge-sharing group of professionals who support Swiss Re entities across the globe.

Our mission is simple but critical: to ensure invoices are paid correctly and on time while continuously improving our processes. Thanks to Swiss Re’s flat structure, you’ll have real ownership of your work and direct exposure to senior stakeholders across the organization.

About the role
As an Accounts Payable Analyst, you will be an important part of our finance operations, ensuring that supplier invoices are processed accurately and paid on time. You will work with colleagues across the company, handle day-to-day operational tasks, and gradually build a deeper understanding of finance processes end-to-end.

Key responsibilities:
• Perform four-eyes review of supplier invoices and verify accuracy before payment
• Handle internal and external queries related to invoice status, payment dates, and discrepancies
• Support period-end and quarter-end closing activities
• Reconcile assigned balance sheet and control accounts on a regular basis
• Share knowledge within the team and support training of new colleagues
• Contribute to team goals and perform other role-related tasks assigned by the Team Leader

• Basic accounting knowledge (e.g. debit / credit) is an advantage
• Intermediate MS Excel skills are a plus
