We are looking for a driven and forward-thinking professional to join our global Operational Resilience & Governance L&H Re team. This role offers a unique opportunity to act as a trusted advisor and challenger to stakeholders at all levels, influencing how risk and governance are embedded across the business.
You will operate at the heart of the organization, partnering with business leaders across regions and functions to strengthen risk transparency, enhance control effectiveness, and drive forward-looking governance practices.
About the Role
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, shaping and challenging how operational, compliance, and regulatory risks are managed across the L&H Re value chain
- Continuously enhance the risk and control framework, ensuring it remains fit for purpose in a dynamic and evolving environment
- Identify key risk and control gaps, drive targeted improvements, and promote a strong, proactive risk culture across teams
- Provide expert guidance on operational risk and governance topics, including events, issues, and audits, with a focus on practical and sustainable solutions
- Lead or contribute to high-impact governance initiatives, collaborating with global assurance functions to strengthen the overall control environment
- Leverage process mapping, digital tools and data analytics to increase transparency, enable better decision-making, and anticipate emerging risks

- Outstanding teammate with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced ability to leverage AI and digital tools to enhance analysis, improve efficiency, and support better risk insights and decision-making
- University degree or equivalent professional experience
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
