About the Role
As an Audit Manager focused on Operations & Change in Group Internal Audit (GIA), you will apply your expertise in HR, Legal, Compliance, and Communications across the value chain through various audits, including those related to Transformation and Change. You will regularly collaborate with senior stakeholders and function heads across multiple business lines, and support the Audit Director – Operations and Change in managing risk and assurance topics with group-wide impact. The role requires effective communication and teamwork with Swiss Re's senior stakeholders to enhance the company's risk culture and control environment, providing exposure to internal and external experts for complex problem-solving.
Your key audit execution duties include:
• Leading and ensuring quality in audits by guiding the team on standards and testing methods.
• Supporting risk assessments (annual and ongoing).
• Managing stakeholder relationships within your area.
• Managing issue follow-up.
• Contributing your expertise to the GIA audit plan.
• Coaching and motivating audit team members.
• Assisting with recruitment and providing performance feedback as requested.

• Skilled at relationship-building within and beyond product teams
• University degree preferred.
• CPA, CA, CIA, PROSCI, ITIL, or similar certification preferred.
Personal skills:
• Inspiring, curious, and a critical thinker.
• Delivery-focused team player.
• Proactive, organized, and effective English communicator.
