About the Role
As our RM Ops Delivery Team Lead, you'll blend leadership with direct operational work, managing both people and processes. You'll coordinate service delivery, handle escalations, and drive continuous improvement while staying connected to the day-to-day operations that keep our records management systems running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the RM Ops Delivery team in executing lifecycle processes including classification, retention, legal holds, and disposition
- Actively participate in operational ticket handling and day-to-day tasks alongside your team
- Serve as escalation point and coordination hub for internal customers and business partners
- Guide implementation of new tools and evolving processes across the team
- Foster engagement and professional development while maintaining delivery discipline
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Records Lifecycle Lead and CoE team on continuous improvement and service alignment

- High emotional intelligence and adaptability to work effectively with a dynamic, developing team
- Fluent English communication skills with excellent organizational abilities

- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
