Job description, responsibilities and duties
As a Product Owner at Swiss Re, you will drive the implementation and operations of digital products that deliver measurable value. Working in an agile environment, you'll be the technology partner to Group Communications, delivering the Tech strategy for digital publishing including Swiss Re's websites and social media presence.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead technical implementation of digital publishing solutions and applications
• Drive excellence in Swiss Re's websites and ensure CMS (Magnolia) reliability
• Secure and support social media platforms and account management
• Own and prioritise the product roadmap aligned with business goals and stakeholder needs
• Translate requirements into features, user stories and acceptance criteria
• Operate in an agile framework with a cross-functional team
• Track performance to inform optimisation and investment decisions

We deliver technology products for Group Communications, working collaboratively with global colleagues to develop innovative solutions. We partner with third-parties to ensure robust, reliable support for the Communications team.

• Track record defining and implementing a Technology strategy for a given business area or process
• Knowledge of SaaS/PaaS landscape and DevOps processes
• Proficiency in agile management tools like Jira
• Strong analytical skills and product metrics understanding
