Job description, responsibilities and duties
The position holder will focus on technical support of the Investment Accounting subledger application. Candidate will work with a Business Analysis and development team to analyse, develop and maintain technical solutions. The system is ETL based and processes large data volumes on enterprise database platforms.
Responsibilities:
• Development and maintenance of multiple IT systems within the scope of the financial accounting solution
• Third level production support, application users support including occasional off hour support
• Root cause analysis, design and development of issue fixes and change requests
• Interaction with the business analysts and users
• Various run activities like deployment, maintenance of various test environments
• Involvement in the full testing cycle, especially unit, regression, and UAT testing
• Creation of accurate and relevant documentation
