Job description, responsibilities and duties
Do you have experience in the insurance industry and are you ready to make a real impact in a truly international environment? Do you enjoy the freedom to work independently, while being part of a supportive, hard-working, and globally connected team?
If you're looking for a role where your ideas matter and your work has global reach - we’d love to hear from you!
About the Role
At Swiss Re Corporate Solutions, we work with trusted Network Partners, external insurance companies, in countries where we don’t have local servicing capabilities. These partners help us serve our global clients wherever they operate, issuing policies and managing claims.
As a Network Partner Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in making this happen, acting as the key point of contact between our Producing Offices and the partner network around the world. Your focus will be supporting the delivery of international insurance programs for large corporate clients.
This is a dynamic, cross-functional role ideal for someone who enjoys communication, problem-solving, and working in an international environment.
Key responsibilities:
• As an experienced coordinator, you will support the team leads in onboarding, training and developing the team capabilities, as well as representing the team in global projects and priorities.
• You’ll manage the process of issuing local insurance quotations, policies and invoices, using our internal systems for your own portfolio, and support the team leads in managing the regional portfolios, supporting priority setting and acting as team representative in complex programs deal teams.
• You’ll perform quality checks to make sure all policies are accurate and delivered on time to meet client expectations.
• You’ll monitor and support the collection of payments from our local partners, ensuring everything is processed correctly and on schedule.
• You’ll gather and document useful information about our partners or market specifics that affect our services.
• You’ll contribute to improving our processes by creating and updating clear guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures.
About the Team
Swiss Re’s International Program Services Team plays a key role in delivering insurance solutions to global clients with operations across multiple countries.
