About the Role

The Network Partner Coordination Team is part of the International Program Services area and manages the relationship between Swiss Re Corporate Solutions and the Network Partners. We work closely with many Swiss Re Corporate Solutions teams and Network Partners around the globe.

Key responsibilities:

• Preparation of portfolio overview files for regular calls with Network Partners
• Support local premium collection reconciliation for Network Partners, monitoring and escalation for long outstanding payments
• Support the team lead with portfolio monitoring and task management
• Support policy quality control, ensuring timely issuance and system update
• Support reinsurance slip handling, review and sign off
• Assist in process improvements and document knowledge of Network Partners

About the Team

Swiss Re’s International Program Services Team plays a key role in delivering insurance solutions to global clients with operations across multiple countries. Our Coordinators are based in Bratislava, Kuala Lumpur and Mexico DF, ensuring closeness to our network partners and making sure everything runs smoothly from policy quotation to premium collection.

About You

• Proficiency in Business English is a must (any additional languages, in particular Spanish, are an advantage)
• Eager to learn and work independently
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a timely manner
• Previous internship or academic experience in Operations or International Business is an asset
