About the team
The Operational Resilience COE team is an international team, with members in Zurich, Hyderabad, New York, Madrid, Bratislava and London. We lead the implementation and evolution of Operational Resilience at Swiss Re and maintain operational effectiveness and meet ongoing commitments through a disruption or crisis. We're looking for a highly motivated professional to help steer and drive this topic.

About the role
• Enable the Group Functions and Business Units in developing and maintaining their Operational Resilience plans.
• Support the team with Operational Resilience testing and exercises, as well as monitor, track progress and provide status updates, on remedial actions.
• Steer Operational Resilience reporting activities.
• Support Operational Resilience regulatory activities.
• Conduct third-party due diligence assessments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on Operational Resilience topics.
• Support the team's organization and set annual and quarterly targets.

About You
• 3+ years of professional experience, ideally with a risk, compliance, or regulatory background
• Experience in performing risk assessments, audits, and reviews
• Experience in contributing to policy and procedural documentation, with a strong ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable guidelines for stakeholders
• Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audience
• Technical Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) - advanced level
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, prioritize competing deadlines, and maintain attention to detail
• Excellent written and spoken English
• A teammate who thrives in a collaborative environment, actively contributing to problem-solving and supporting others, especially during high-pressure situations like crisis or tight deadlines

Nice-to-have
• Experience with Agile project management
• Experience with Business continuity, Operational Resilience, or IT
Resilience
• Data analytical skills and proficient in using Power BI
