Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for person, who will support Corporate Solutions EMEA underwriting units in their business tasks, not only in processing, but also by shaping the team and process. Within a fast-paced environment, this role provides you with a chance to work on advanced underwriting tasks & portfolios. Did we catch your attention?

Core responsibilities:

• Review insurance documentations for accuracy and completeness and reflect corresponding terms and conditions into systems
• High level of interaction and coordination with team members
• Acting as SME within assigned market provides training if required
• Working closely with various stakeholders in order to handle tasks on time with high quality
• Deliver timely and accurate business processing also during peak times
• Active involvement (including leading) in projects & initiatives

Additional Responsibilities:

• Handles assigned portfolio and provides help on the other portfolios in case it is required
• Compile, sort, review and verify data accuracy using source documents, detect errors, and follow-up with client or process owner regarding any inconsistencies found.
• Enter and maintain information in systems and tools, including documents, process changes and associated tasks

We work very closely with the underwriting community and our aim is to ensure correctness of entered data within our systems and smooth running of operational processes to resolve issues related to policy administration.
