About the Role

Core responsibilities:
• to coordinate local insurance Policy Issuance in close collaboration with our SwissRe offices around the world
• to draft and review Policy documents
• to validate data and correctly reflect it in our administration systems
• to ensure proper cashflow management
• to manage your market portfolio (market ownership, task delegation, ensuring timeliness & process adherence)
• to proactively contribute to process and system development

Additionally, you will:
• be a key contributor to Swiss Re's strategic area of growth, and ensure our service delivery is best in class
• contribute to the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• have the opportunity to participate in various company-wide projects
• be working with a great bunch of people

• Experience in the insurance industry, preferably International Business
• Excellent communication skills, proficiency in English and German language (any other European language is an advantage)

• The ability to prioritize, plan, coordinate and handle various tasks
• Experience with the use of Microsoft Office Package
