About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate Quality Analyst to join our Underwriting Solutions Centre team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the success of Magnum, our cutting-edge automated underwriting tool. You’ll help us maintain our high standards and support clients worldwide as they adopt and benefit from Magnum.

What You’ll Do
• Test & Validate: Create and execute test plans to ensure Magnum performs as expected.
• Issue Management: Identify and report issues, prioritize them, and track resolutions.
• Support Testing Cycles: Participate in User Acceptance Testing for software updates.
• Maintain Test Assets: Keep regression test packs up to date with new features.
• Automation Support: Assist with test automation as needed.
•Improve Practices: Help refine testing processes and adopt industry best practices.

• Experience: 3–6 years in software testing and defect lifecycle management.
• Education: Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field with testing certification.
Technical Skills:
• Strong understanding of the software testing lifecycle (STLC).
• Knowledge of test design techniques and defect reporting.
• Basic familiarity with web technologies, APIs, databases (e.g., SQL).
• Experience with any programming language (eg., Java, JavaScript, C# etc)
• Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, UiPath, Postman).
• Exposure to test management tools (e.g., JIRA, ADO).
• Understanding of Agile methodology.
Soft Skills:
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
