As the Security Services Support for the User Access Operations team, you'll learn the ins and outs of how a cybersecurity organisation works, collaborate with experts on access assignment tasks to protect our company, support communications to users, and help with process improvements and various operational tasks.

About the team
The Security Team is the focal point for all security activities across Swiss Re. We are responsible for cybersecurity engineering and operations, corporate security, governance, operational resilience, risk and compliance. We define and advance the company's security strategy. You'll work directly in the User Access Operations team responsible for ensuring that business data and applications are only accessible by the right people.

Got a knack for IT and security? Eager to grow and learn? We're looking for a new colleague – a university student currently in Masters' program – who is excited to get a deeper knowledge of cybersecurity and security culture.

In your role, you will…
• Take care of operating processes such as technical implementation of accesses, ownership and access reviews, data review and analysis, comparing different sets of data
• Work with Swiss Re's core systems for managing the identity life cycle
• Evaluate alternative options and solutions and bring in ideas for continuous improvement of our processes and services
• Engage in ad-hoc operational tasks
• Communicate with our customers and provide service support
• Collaborate closely with our global team to gain knowledge and exchange know-how

Your qualifications

• What we need from you
o Full-time university student with solid IT skills (either gained in school or by experience)
o Willingness to work in cross-functional teams
o Dedicated personality with a "can-do" attitude
o Good general IT knowledge
o Proficiency in spoken and written English – upper intermediate (B2)

• Nice-to-have
o Experience with Microsoft Excel, SQL, Python or knowledge of other programming languages
