Job description, responsibilities and duties

Are you a proactive and highly motivated individual who is passionate about working independently on a variety of tasks with business impact? We are looking for an energetic and broadly experienced professional to support the Risk Data & Services (RDS) team with team coordination and operational support as well as administration of the RDS platform. The RDS is a new platform offering of Swiss Re Corporate Solutions for large corporates to help them take control of their risks

Main tasks and activities:

• ­Organize and handle team meetings and events (coordinating agenda topics from team members, scheduling, room booking, end-to-end organization of team events etc.)
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations
• Manage team distribution lists
• Coordinating and maintaining information on MS Teams
• ­Ensure accurate record keeping (e.g. storing of and appropriately processing executed contracts)
• ­ Execute the client onboarding & offboarding process, including troubleshooting of issues with suppliers and the team for quick resolution
• ­Client pipeline management - creating visibility in the team through tracking booked client deals to contract signed, invoiced and cash collected
• Make and co-ordinate arrangements for various internal and external meetings and events
• Process incoming invoices (raise POs etc.)
• Other operational support
