About the Role
You'll be responsible for driving a broad range of finance initiatives, from transformation, change to operational improvements and presentation support.

Key responsibilities:
• Support cross-functional global projects in terms of strategic planning, structuring and leadership
• Support decision making based on data analysis, provide insights and build up business cases
• Understand and evaluate all critical processes and identify areas of inconsistency or inefficiency including recommending solutions to optimize processes
• Prioritize urgent needs, resolve matters quickly, proactively and follow through on tasks to successful conclusion
• Facilitate meetings and workshops with business experts (SME's) related to assigned projects
• Lead and/or support ad-hoc assignments, projects and initiatives as needed

About the Team
Our Transformation Team is here to support Accounting and Reporting Production Department which lies at the heart of financial operations. Our mission is to support teams move towards the Finance of the Future and easy the adaptation of IFRS, while at the same time find ways to make their day-to-day work more efficient.

Personality requirements and skills

You are a team player with can do attitude and self-starter who thinks ahead, is result oriented and thrives in a dynamic and professional global environment. You are a confident communicator and an experienced project manager within the Finance sector who enjoys leading, planning and implementing projects.

Essentials:
• Minimum three years of experience in Business Process Management, Project Management, Transformation roles or Consultancy
• Ability to lead multiple meaningful priorities, empower diverse groups, inspire change in a fast paced and multifaceted environment
• Familiar with process management tools and process excellence methodologies (i.e. Lean, Six sigma tools, design thinking).
• Showcase strong leadership, analytical, presentation and decision-making skills

Nice to Haves:
• Have experience in the financial department and knowledge of IFRS standards
• Strong PC skills: Power Bi or Power Apps or Visio/ARIS and SharePoint.
• Prosci / ADKAR, PMP, Six Sigma certification a plus
