Job description, responsibilities and duties

Legal & Compliance (L&C) Business Management is the central team within Group Legal and Compliance for innovation, technology and operations. We support the Chief Legal Officer in the strategic direction and operational execution, and the L&C Function in delivering effective and efficient services. Our main responsibilities are to coordinate processes and initiatives within the L&C Function. Specific focus is on project management, process improvements, tools ownership and support, outside counsel management, financial management, Group Legal and Compliance internal communications and other operations topics. Our team members are based in Bratislava and Zurich. We welcome diverse perspectives, skills, and experience.

About the role
In this role, you will lead 6 professionals in Bratislava. You and your team mainly act as a facilitator between IT, Operational Risk Management (ORM) and the Legal and Compliance stakeholders by managing and supporting tools and processes to ensure operational excellence. Further, depending on your skillset and interest you have the opportunity to contribute to a broad range of L&C projects and initiatives.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

• You have a solid technical understanding of IT applications such as SharePoint and the Power Platform and/or you have robust, tangible experience in managing projects end-to-end.

• You have a "can-do attitude", a strong sense of ownership, and a high energy level.
• You are fluent in English, any other additional language is an advantage.
