As the IT Service Engineer, you'll support and resolve identity and access-related issues, onboard and offboard customers, contribute in interesting projects to streamline our daily conduct of business, and more.

About the team

The Security Team is the focal point for all security activities across Swiss Re. We are responsible for cybersecurity engineering and operations, corporate security, governance, operational resilience, risk and compliance. We define and advance the company's security strategy. You'll work directly in User Access Operations – a team of security experts focus on providing the best possible Identity & Access Management services to our employees and customers.

- Support and resolve all identity and access-related issues
- Conduct regular access rights reviews
- Own the onboarding/offboarding of customer identities
- Maintain a positive communication level towards customers
- Be a part of interesting projects to streamline the established services and processes
- Deal with tasks and tickets in a timely and high-quality-meeting manner

What we need from you

- Basic experience working with Identity & Access Management and end-user support
Ability to explain IT stuff to non-technical crowds
- General IT knowledge (HOST, Windows, Active Directory, network, command line)
- Basic ITIL knowledge (incidents, problem management, request fulfilment)
- A people-loving personality and fondness of collaborating with colleagues, partners, and customers
- You know how to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience dealing with customers and clients
- Tech-savviness

Nice-to-have

- VBA or SQL knowledge
