Job description, responsibilities and duties

About the Role

You will be providing administrative support to HR Admin team responsible for employee lifecycle in various EMEA locations, mainly:

• Supporting administration of company benefits which includes:
• Checking correctness of data
• Evaluation of eligibility criteria
• Approving employee orders
• Follow-up communication with employees if needed
• Entering payments in HR tool
• Ordering vouchers and sending them out to employees etc.
• Storing obligatory HR documents in eFile platform based on agreed categorisation in order to ensure records retention according to legal standards
