You enjoy working with a variety of stakeholders at all levels that join together to ensure oversight of our third parties and activities, roles and responsibilities that are transitioned across the Swiss Re Group globally.

As a proactive member of our team you will:
-Provide guidance and operational support to internal customers seeking transition of roles and processes from across the Group into the Business Solutions Centers.
-Enjoy reporting activities, creating third party/outsourcing reporting to Group companies and branches located around the world
-Help link people and activities as part of the lifecycle of a business relationship with a third party (e.g. Identifying and classifying third parties, onboarding, monitoring and offboarding due diligence)

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

About You:

-You like interactions with clients and customers and are self motivated, curious to learn and a team player. You have proven business administration experience.
-If you meet a few of the criteria below, we will be happy to meet you.
-Excellent command of the English language is a must, and other languages are an advantage
-Customer service, negotiation, and active listening skills are a distinct advantage
-Ability to connect the dots (e.g. matching customer needs to services which will enable them)
-Microsoft office skills- especially Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Teams.
-Reporting tools experience an advantage (e.g. PowerBi, mail merge, charts and graphs)
