About the role:
In the role of Third Party Enablement Associate you will get an exciting opportunity to join us: we are a diverse and motivated team, committed to deliver value, enable effective third party risk management and governance, and execution of outsourcing strategies to our clients and partners across the Swiss Re Group globally.
Responsibilities:
We are looking for someone who is experienced with business administration, likes to do reporting and interact with clients.
As a member of our team, you will provide consultancy and operational support to the stakeholders of the Transitions process by which roles and processes are transitioned from across the Group into the Business Solutions Centers.
Do you like reporting? Great! You will create outsourcing reporting to 60+ regulated legal entities around the globe as a crucial part of their oversight and monitoring obligations. You will be responding to various ad-hoc support requests for reporting that might be needed to respond to Regulatory or Group Internal Audit requests.
Along with reporting, we will also involve you in activities linked to the lifecycle of a business relationship with a third party, such as the Annual Review process, onboarding, and off-boarding due diligence.

• Three or more years of business experience
• Above average Microsoft office skills- especially Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
• PowerBi/PowerAutomate skills highly appreciated
• Client management, monitoring, negotiation, and reporting skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously delivering high quality results in terms of process, content, and timeliness
• Excellent command of the English language, any other language is welcomed
• Three or more years of business experience
