About the Role and our Team:
This is an exciting opportunity and time to join us! A diverse and motivated team, committed to delivering value, enabling a centralized third party inventory and effective governance of data and systems. You enjoy working with a variety of stakeholders at all levels that join together to ensure oversight of our third parties used across the Swiss Re Group globally.
As a proactive member of our team you will be:
-Managing our SharePoint sites, inventory, documentation and records.
-Maintaining the centralized databases that support a diverse portfolio of third parties.
-Helping to design the processes that gather data and other information often required to adhere to regulation.
-Assisting in tracking of activities of the team, third party due diligence and monitoring.
-Joining in with team projects and wider group projects (e.g. enabling the movement of services and people to various locations.

You are self motivated, curious to learn and a team player. You have proven business experience, ranging from administration activities to idenitfying improvements to processes, procedures and reports.
If you meet a few of the criteria below, we will be happy to meet you.
-Excellent command of the English language is a must, and other languages are an advantage
-Microsoft office and Microsoft Power Tools skills (e.g. Excel macros, PowerApps, PowerAutomate, PowerBI)
-Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Teams administration (e.g. document libraries, lists, creating different views of data and creating channels that enables the team to work on files simultaneously is a significant advantage)
-Working understanding of software applications (e.g. how they are designed, built, and tested to deliver a product to meet business requirements)
