About the role:
In the role of Third Party Enablement Analyst you will get an exciting opportunity to join us: a diverse and motivated team, committed to deliver value, enable effective third party risk management and governance, and execution of outsourcing strategies to our clients and partners across the Swiss Re Group globally.
Responsibilities:
We are looking for someone who is experienced in data lifecycle management processes, tools and systems, likes to do reporting and interact with clients.
We need you to coordinate, check and ensure accurate filing and flow of documentation, perform changes and enhancements, handle accesses and manage our SharePoint sites.
You will be focused on maintaining the centralized reporting databases in support of Group and Divisional reporting requirements. You will assist the activities by which third party service providers are identified, recorded and where due diligences and associated actions are tracked. You will support the implementation, maintenance and governance of the central Third Party Inventory.
As a member of this team, you will also assist our clients in the process by which work processes move to various locations- work transitions.

• Five or more years of business experience
• Above average Microsoft office and Microsoft Power Tools skills - development and maintenance of PowerApps, PowerAutomate, PowerBI
• SharePoint site administration and configuration, including document libraries, lists, access and views
• Understanding of the fundamentals of application requirements, design, build, and test in order to oversee the configuration of a package product to meet business requirements
• Basic understanding of functional test planning and execution, including application integration, data testing, and user interface testing (for the purpose of verifying solution configuration, not custom build)
• Excellent command of the English language, any other language is welcomed
