Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
You will be responsible for the opening, maintenance and termination of investment accounts set up with our global network of custodian banks optimally contributing to an infrastructure which facilitates a quick investment decision-making process within the company. Our responsibilities furthermore include supporting the day-to-day bank relationship management, KYC (Know Your Customer) processes and execution of related legal agreements. The role is on a temporary contract.
Core responsibilities:
• Opening, closing and maintenance of investment accounts at banks and in internal systems
• Supporting the Custody Relationship Management team (reporting, project implementation)
• Communication with local and global teams, as well as banks and clients
• Suggesting improvements for tasks and processes
