About the Role
We are looking for an experienced result-driven leader with excellent interpersonal skills to join Swiss Re and lead a team of passionate and dedicated professionals, helping our company to fulfil its mission in making the world more resilient.
Your main responsibilities will be:
• Ensure high quality and timely business support the team provides to the client facing staff - Client Managers and other stakeholders
• Enhance stakeholders management
• Ensure effective resource allocation
• Analyze and improve the performance of the team/individuals according to the metrics
• Motivate, coach and develop team members in accordance with the set of goals and objectives determined by the department
• Recognize and acknowledge the skills of team members, help them understand their growth areas and build on their strengths
• Improve team collaboration within Business Services (in Bratislava and in locations) and with other functions within Bratislava
About the Department
We are a multinational, dynamic and engaged team of more than 60 Business Coordinators, directly working with and supporting the client facing team, divided into smaller teams according to EMEA markets. We act as one team, we strive to expand our reinsurance knowledge, develop professionally and provide excellent service to our stakeholders.

You will assume the responsibility for leading a team of 8-13 people who are supporting EMEA Client Markets. You will help them achieve their goals, support their personal growth, and together with your peers – other team leaders - you will be actively driving and shaping the direction of Business Services
