About the Digital Adoption Centre of Excellence

We are offering an opportunity to work across agile teams in the Operational Excellence' and 'Innovation & Transformation' (CITO) units. Both units shape the operational strategic and digital transformation agenda, transforming commercial insurance and reimagining customer experience through innovative use of data, technology and operational models that empower and enable our people, creating innovative solutions for our customers and partners.

The Digital Adoption Centre of Excellence is a new team that has been created to enable all our CorSo colleagues to adopt, learn and navigate our core digital platforms and processes for maximum customer impact, collaboration, and efficiency.

About the role

In this role we will work across various Product Areas to find efficient methods to use our investments into technology to the fullest and bring employees up to speed with these technologies and new ways of working.

As Digital Adoption Tools Manager, heading the "navigate" pillar of the Centre of Excellence, you will collaborate with multiple groups and stakeholders and be at the forefront of the digital transformation in CorSo to:

• Develop and implement a strategy to enable users to best navigate the digital landscape and ensure that an appropriate range of Digital Adoption tools is available for the Centre of Excellence to leverage in the delivery of their activities
• Set and oversee the direction for WalkMe as Product Owner, connecting with the technology teams to ensure effective deployment
• Build and manage the backlog of Digital Adoption Tool development and implementation
• Support the Centre of Excellence team in maximising the value and usage of Digital Adoption tools
• Facilitate connected approaches to transform, develop and deploy digital tools to motivate change at scale
• Develop and scale compelling digital communication and training methods and deploy new digital ways to manage process and tool knowledge for user communities
• Ensure a smooth end-to-end user experience, inspire usage of tools and platforms and safeguard usability and productivity among users.
• Facilitate the creation of the right culture and mind-set for full digital adoption and work with colleagues to understand challenges of digital adoption

About you

We need a self-starter with a keen interest in new technology who is motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic about digital adoption! Can you bring new digital solutions and business processes to life through creation of the right culture and attitude? You need to be very tech savvy and data driven. We are looking for prior experience in building organizational capabilities and understanding the user journey in adopting and adapting to new technologies.

We believe in teamwork and expect someone who integrates well as you will be collaborating across multiple product areas and teams. You can encounter new problems with a confidence that can overcome them and use your ideas and those of the team to do so. You can understand and assess the quality of complex quantitative data analysis. You have a customer-focussed mindset, think strategically and develop creative solutions for problems. You are passionate to explore new ways and challenge the status quo by continually seeking opportunities and translate ideas into clear and consistent priorities as well as an easy-to-understand story line. You can think in solutions, have a pragmatic implementation approach, and get involved in hands-on problem solving.

Clear and simple communication is essential – even when taking care of complicated problems and ideas. Dealing with colleagues at all levels in the organization, you are empathetic and can adjust your communication style depending on the audience.

Experience in agile way of working and change implementation is a must. Business fluency in English is needed.
