About the role

In this role, you:
-Facilitate and participate in all relevant SCRUM events across up to two product squads
-Foster self-organizing teams, collaboration and knowledge sharing
-Identify continuous improvement opportunities, be that technical, process-related or of interpersonal nature
-Coordinate dependencies with relevant Swiss Re internal partners (other squads and business/group-wide IT collaborators)
-Support and promote an effective feedback culture based on the Scrum values
-Removing obstacles that are preventing the product teams to achieve their goals
-Train, coach and mentor squad members
-Work in an international environment (Bratislava, Zurich, Bangalore)

Group Operations Business Services (GOBS) is a product area consisting of 5 products looking after all digital solutions for Sourcing, Finance Group Operations, Legal, Compliance, Group Internal Audit and some of Group Digital Transformation's portfolio at Swiss Re. We work in a scaled agile model with a shared leadership team and broad aligned autonomy for our squads. Personality requirements and skills

About You
You have a track record of being a scrum master for multiple teams.

Essentials:
-Have practical experience as a SCRUM master, certification is a plus
-Have good, applied knowledge of Agile methods, frameworks and tools
-Are willing to lead, direct, and coach squad members without formal management authority
-Have experience dealing & contributing with requirements and best practices managing/implementing IT solutions
-Are passionate and want to inspire and motivate others
-Have excellent verbal and written English skills
