About the role
We are looking for a proactive, experienced team member to own the Financial processes, to act as the key finance contact for portfolios and work closely with the wider iptiQ Finance team, iptiQ Data Operations Team, Distribution Partners and Third-Party Administrators.
Your primary responsibilities will be:
• Provide oversight of Third-Party Policy Administrator / Distribution Partner finance and accounting activity; ensuring completeness, accuracy and timeliness of incoming financial data
• Provide comprehensive analysis and business commentaries with respect to the accounting policy, reporting, monitoring and reconciliation activities according the management requirements
• Contribute and support Finance related projects, including new deals and other ad-hoc tasks as required
• Assist preparation of timely and accurate data for internal and external reporting
• Support internal / external audit activities and prepare requested information
• Ensure compliance with the risk and control framework
• Perform quality and consistency checks on outputs

• University degree in Economics, Science, Accounting or Business Administration or equivalent experience
• Qualification in Accounting and/or Audit or equivalent experience
• Strong communication skills – able to explain complex issues in a clear and concise fashion
• PC skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Team-mate with good interpersonal skills and an engaging and motivating persona
• Advanced Business English language ability
