About the Role
Would you like to become part of our Technical Accounting Operations team based in Bratislava? Work in the heart of Europe, but make a global impact? Now you have an excellent opportunity to join our team as a Reinsurance Account Analyst.
Our team is responsible for running end-to-end process of the accounts, cash flow, data quality of the respective portfolio and paying claim settlements to our clients sometimes even of Natural catastrophes you can read about in the media.
Our department is part of the core Business Operations within Swiss Re. The quality of our work influences Swiss Re reputation and is instrumental in the company's growth in all markets around the world. In this role you will come into contact with various departments and different Swiss Re locations.
What will you do in this role?
• Processing and verifying the reinsurance accounts received from our global clients as agreed in treaties
• Communication with our internal and external clients (business correspondence, calls)
• Data analysis and reporting (MS Excel, PowerBI)
• Financial settlement with clients according to treaty terms and agreements, timely management of overall cash flow
• Data quality control and risk management related activities according to internal guidelines
• Ensure that the agreed priorities, timelines and service standards are achieved
• Sharing information with other team members and if needed support cross-team collaboration
• Once you are confident in your everyday job, you can apply for further assignments or participate in projects on local and global level

We are a team of nine supportive people with deep Reinsurance knowledge. We steadily work on our professional skills and strive to provide excellent services to our clients.
In your first months you will get a training about Reinsurance value chain and Reinsurance Technical accounting in itself. You will be also assigned to a buddy, who will help you to get familiar with the company and support you with your everyday tasks.
