Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
Support with timely and accurate submission of the financial data of Corporate Solutions EMEA legal entities to Group Finance into the Group Financial Reporting Application structure
- Support monthly investment submissions
- Support with quarterly submission of additional information on the group filing
- Perform quality checks, intercompany controlling and monitoring, FX checks, account reconciliations
- Assist in financial controlling and monitoring of EMEA legal entities; drive issue resolution as needed
- Ensure compliance with risk and control frameworks and audit requirements
- Participate and support Finance related projects and perform ad hoc tasks as required
- Identify and evaluate process improvement possibilities
Other activities/accountabilities
- Perform other position related tasks as instructed by Supervisor
- Provide cover for roles in other teams
- Any other ad hoc tasks as required from time to time
The Finance Corporate Solutions Team is responsible for US GAAP reporting to Group Finance and enables the publication of consolidated financial statements at group level. The position holder is responsible for the timely and accurate filing of the US GAAP result from the Corporate Solutions entities to Group Finance in all required formats. The team is also supporting the entities and branches in accounting, controlling, financial analysis and reporting, according to local statutory and tax requirements as well as US GAAP accounting policies.

- Understanding of IFRS/US GAAP is advantage
- Proven PC skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Experience in the use of ERP system SAP is advantage
- Good interpersonal skills
- Engaged and motivated, adaptability and flexibility
- Structured and independent work approach and strong analytical skills
- Fluent English written and spoken
- Understanding of financial reporting processes, risk and controls
