About the Role
We are looking for an energetic & client centric person with pro-active approach who will join our Swiss Re Team at Team Assistant position. In this role, you will be mainly focusing on supporting dedicated key stakeholders with administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a new and growing global division in a dynamic environment.
About the Team
You will join a team of 12 Team & Executive Assistant based in Bratislava with a local line manager.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Organization of business trips (booking flights, transfers, accommodation)
- Organization of client visits (booking rooms, registering guests, ordering lunches)
- Organization of meetings (booking rooms, scheduling calendar entries, setting up internal/external teleconferences, videoconferences, MS Teams meetings)
- Filing and supervising expense reports, processing incoming invoices
- Support of Event Management (Invitations, registrations, reporting)
- Active role as Data Steward in CRM system (creation and updating of new/existing Contacts, Partners and target groups)
- Administrative support (up-dating of distribution lists, ordering access rights in tools, etc.)

- Excellent communication and organizational skills, time management and ability to prioritize
- Ability to think and act ahead, spotting problems or opportunities before they arise
- Ability to learn fast, pro-activity & flexibility
- Can-do approach, assertiveness and client centricity
- Great team player
